CTN User Registration Problems (And the fix)

There's an issue that a new user may run across and of course it is a weird one. When registering, do not change the default language from British English. It will not work if you select just "English (United States)"
After that, everything is straightforward. The numeric answer is 3, and the answer to the question is Duke.
