Looks like Miles takes the lead in Fantasy... and I move down to second.

Hmm... allocation issues begin to play a role in picks at this time of the year. ;)

Indeed, Miles won this week, and took the lead by around 20 points or so. On the other hand, Miles has very significant allocation issues.

On to New Hampshire!!

Indeed I do. C-List is all dried up and the B-List isn't too far behind. It's going to be an interesting 8 weeks.

I'm a bit excited - my picks placed 1, 2, 3 & 7! With my luck Miles has 1, 2, 3 & 4 :D

Either way, I'm excited! :)

Denny Hamlin is a putz!
:Boo:
Joey F'ing Logano wins, with Larson in second.
Meanwhile, Iowa has a FREAKIN' AWESOME WIN today, followed by the legend that is Miles.
Miles' lead expands to some 80 points over me, and I hold a similar lead over Ymo.
Having said that, Miles is down to one last pick of JJ, one pick of Newman, and today has used up his allotment for Danica and Logano. Looks like Miles is going to have to invest in Justin Allgaier the rest of the season.
On to Dover!!

Today, the grand jury found no grounds to indict Smoke. According to ESPN:
"Ontario County District Attorney Michael Tantillo said the victim, Kevin Ward Jr., was under the influence of marijuana the night of the accident "enough to impair judgment."
What a tragedy!

Did not expect the marijuana part, but I am glad Smoke isn't going to be charged.

When I saw this on NBC News tonight, the reporters stated that of course, Smoke is still open to a civil lawsuit.
I'll defer to the CTN lawyers whether they think this will go to court.

I would think a civil lawsuit won't go very far since Ward was under the influence and was the one who intentionally approached Smoke's car. I did hear the DA state Tony did not have to give blood to test for drugs, rather a person trained to recognize the effects of drugs spoke to him right after the accident and determined no testing was necessary.
