I've never added one before - how does one do so? Does the photo have to be online or can it simply be uploaded from your own computer?
I know I could probably find this info by searching around the site but I figured asking all of you would give me a chance to PW.

Click on user control panel-edit profile-edit avatar. There is a limit on the size (120 X 120), so if you have a pic you might have to size it down. You can load it from your drive, or link to another picture.
