Wrap shucked corn in foil with a pat of butter and a little salt. 4 hours on low or 2 hour on high or some combination of the above. Remove foil and eat. No water or anything else needed.

Great idea if one plans ahead several hours! I'm going to have to work on that little detail! ;;)

That's why I'm a huge fan of my Instant Pot. I'm cooking corn on the cob right now. Should be done in another couple of minutes. Steam 2 min, natural pressure release 2 min, vent. Took less than 5 min to get to pressure.

I use a stone ware rectangle cooker all the time. Sunday night I fixed a complete dinner in it. First, I put a small amount of canola oil on the cooker. I sliced red potatoes, seasoned with salt and pepper, let them cook for 30 min. Then I put foil wrapped corn with butter salt and pepper, on the stone. About 20 min. later, I added seasoned salmon. Every thing was done about 20 min. later. Clean up was a breeze. I love the stone cookers.

I'm currently in love with sous vide. (I have two). I have a slow cooker, a pressure cooker/canner, 2 microwaves, an elecric skillet, a pizza oven, a stove top smoker, a deep fryer, a waffle iron, a sandwich press/ grill, a gas grill, a Weber, and a Big Green Egg ---- if I get another contraption the OP will laugh me out of the house! But this new contraption of which you speak is really tempting.

Ima, you have an impressive list of gadgets. I have a Kitchen Aid mixer with multiple attachments, a toaster oven, a waffle iron, 4 crock pots (one is 13x9x2), blender, immersion blender, food processor, and a mini food processor. Think that's it.

I have far too much stuff.

The LTE 2.0 is quietly approaching 40k, which is fitting as the LTE OY is nearing 20k.

Nor today either. But it is time to hand water my 5 year old trees. In a couple more, they should be good without the supplemental watering.

36 hours without a post. Has the LTE 2.0 outlived it's usefulness?
